Definition of terms used in the privacy policy
Hereinafter we will refer to:

Article 2 - Data collected on the Site
The Data collected and subsequently processed by the Site are those that you voluntarily transmit to us by filling in the various forms on the Site. We will not have access to said data, their collection and processing being governed by the conditions specific to these parties. The Data identified as mandatory on the forms of the Site are necessary in order to benefit from the corresponding functionalities of the Site, and more specifically from the operations on the contents proposed within it.

- In order to provide you with the information or the Sites to which you have subscribed, in particular: commercial offers newsletters.

Article 5 - Recipients and use of the Data collected
The Data collected by us are processed for the purposes of carrying out operations on the contents of the Site.

We require that all third parties ensure the security of your personal data and treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our Third Party Site providers to use your data.
On the other hand, your data (name, surname, email address and player number) will be kept for the purpose of the event without which the company could not function. These data will be deleted from the website www.pecoccitania.fr

Article 7 - Data Security
You are informed that your Data may be disclosed in application of a law, a regulation or by virtue of a decision of a competent regulatory or judicial authority or, if necessary, for the purposes of preserving the Publisher's rights and interests.

No data are stored on this site. The data is stored on site allowing the matching of players. All data will be destroyed after the event in question
Article 9 - Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union
Premier Event Company Occitania informs you that it has recourse to authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and the treatment of the data that you have communicated to us. These service providers are exclusively located in the European Union.
Premier Event Company Occitania has previously made sure that its service providers have adequate guarantees and respect strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, use and data protection. These service providers are also subjected to the General Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD).
Article 10 - Computer rights and freedoms

There is no charge for access to your personal data (or for exercising any other right). However, we may charge you a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. In this case, we may also refuse to respond to your request.
